Pier Puerto de Tazacorte

A cruise ship pier that looks like alien architecture on La Palma. These repeating concrete arches look purely artistic, but they actually reinforce the wall against Atlantic waves. Walking through this geometric maze and capturing the incredible play of light completely made my day. Form, function, and pure photography fun.
